Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the company's services, users agree to be bound by these terms of service and any additional terms and policies referenced within. If a user does not agree with these terms, they should not use the services. The organization may require that certain services be used only pursuant to a separate written agreement.
Service usage
Services are provided for lawful and authorized purposes only. Users must not use the services to create, transmit, or store content that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or compromises the integrity of the platform. The company reserves the right to suspend or limit access for behavior that threatens system stability, security, or other users' experience.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the services, including designs, code, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by the company or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the services as permitted under these terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the company's intellectual property is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the services. The total aggregate liability of the company for claims arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amounts actually paid to the company for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Termination
The company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services for any reason, including violation of these terms or where continued access would violate applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user will cease, and the user must stop using the services. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Changes to terms
The company may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, notice will be provided through the service or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not accept the updated terms should discontinue use of the services.
